2024 was a pretty eventful year, in a good way for once! I could show you a whole multitude of things; comedy performances, great nights out, and a million dog photos. But, in the end, only one thing mattered this year - the same thing as every year. Her.

And thus ends my @glasgowcomedy jaunt. I forgot to record any of the set, but I was really happy with what occurred last night.
Now, I ask for time to regroup, reflect and reset. I need to plan how to defeat my haterz and also develop a new type of chimichurri.
Just under three weeks to go! The shows written, it's rehearsed, it's looking lovely! It would be great to see you all there.

Last week, we had to say goodbye to our Iggy. A lot of you met her and others knew the immeasurable love we had for her. Iggy is what made us into a family; she joined our lives when we were just 21 and living in a tiny flat in Sarsfield Street. She was with us for every milestone and it hurts to know she won't be there for others. Right until the end, she was a Wonder.

I'm shocking at self-promotion. For a number of reasons, I try to keep my online presence relatively low profile. So, to SELL OUT my first hour at @glasgowcomedy was special. I was really close to selling out in presales, so seeing a couple of walk-ins filled me with lots of joy. If you were there, thanks for coming. It did feel like a lovely bookend to thr last 12 months in comedy. Last year, I sold 6 tickets. This year I gigged and hosted everywhere that I could, and to see people turn up because they had seen me at a previous show is just a really enriching moment.
