A twist on Shakshuka (and some yummy potatoes)
-Poached egg in a tomato baharat rice stew, with garlic, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Topped with fresh parsley.
-Potatoes seasoned with olive oil, rosemary, za’atar, cumin, s+p. Melted Oaxaca cheese on top along with more parsley 😌😌
