1 YEAR OF TRAVELLING 🌎✈️🎒
In only 1 year I visited every continent on earth (except 🇦🇶), 37 countries and lived countless unforgettable experiences.
I feel like I lived an entire lifetime in only 1 year… 🗓️
11 Jan 2022, I left Sydney very bitter with everything that had happened in the previous 2 years in Australia and just wanted to get out immediately to pursue travel and escape harsh restrictions. Starting in Mexico was like entering a new world at the time with all the new freedom I was once use to and the thrill of being overseas again! ✈️
Spending my first 5 months in Latin America and living 3 of those months in Colombia 🇨🇴 truly teaches how simplistic you can live and how much fun you can have when you leave your home country. One of my favourite parts of the world because of the genuine, humble and super friendly people that despite not having much are still extremely joyful and fun. Don’t let what you hear on TV stop you from experiencing such a beautiful part of the world! These countries are safe, fun and incredibly beautiful 😍
I love to visit off the beaten track countries and witness the spectrum of all the different ways in which life is lived by people around the world, communicating with those that have grown up so differently to me, hearing the mindsets of other travellers and gaining perspective on everything I have to be grateful for 🙏🏽
Travelling is not just the things you see but the people you meet, the conversations you have, the food you eat and the experiences you enjoy. For me travelling is truly the best education you can give yourself and expands your mind and knowledge further than anything you can learn in a classroom 🌎
The funny thing about travelling is that the more you see, the more you realise you have left to see… 🗺️
