On the final night of KL Cocktail Week 2026, @cacaomixology@parkhyatt_kl played host to @jaykhan313 of @coahongkong at the bar 🇭🇰
COA held the title of Asia’s Best Bar for three consecutive years from 2021 to 2023, built entirely around agave spirits that most of the world had written off as party shots. Jay Khan spent years travelling to Mexican distilleries, learning the terroir, the production, the culture; then brought all of it back to a 40-seat bar on Shin Hing Street in Central that now has queues around the block most nights.
For @klcwofficial , he brought COA to Cacao—a bar centered around chocolate the same way Jay centers around agave. The collaboration, themed “Agave Meets Cacao,” spotlights both ingredients that share the same origins, the same terroir-driven complexity, the same intensity of flavour.
KL Cocktail Week exists for nights like this. When the bars you would otherwise have to fly to come here instead, and your city gets to be the destination. ✈️🥃
