When you use ChatGPT like a thinking scratchpad rather than a magic answer machine, it ends up seeing more half-formed ideas than finished ones. Which means over time it’s less about being impressive and more about working things out, changing your mind, and getting unstuck a bit faster. This is just a year of thinking out loud, building imperfectly, and letting the process leave a trace. You can find your ChatGPT review in the sidebar. It’s easy to look at someone and assume you know their past or upbringing. The people who tell me I sound posh don’t know I grew up in a house with no electricity for the first 8 years of my life. Back in Nigeria I was popular for being smart. When I moved to London, the kids said I was trying to be white. When I decided to become a music artist instead of studying medicine at uni, my parents said I was wasting my life. At 16, alone in my bedroom, I wrote a song that I ended up performing on The One Show to 4 million people, many years later. Shortly after this, I decided to get back in touch with my family, I hadn’t spoken to them in 7 years. My parents said they couldn’t be more proud of me. Now I constantly receive enquiries from the biggest corporations in the world asking me to teach them what I taught myself in the countless hours I spent alone in silence. There’s a tear running down my face as I write these words. Nobody will ever truly understand your journey and that’s fine. That’s exactly why it’s on you to share it.

If style is what you say before you speak Then articulation is part of the mystique Some people dress well and still sound cheap Because taste can’t be traced on any receipts

If your output has minimal blast radius then you’re on the way out. If you can’t learn and apply fast enough then you won’t evolve fast enough. Welcome to the next milestone of human evolution

Many thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes 🄳 And a big thank you to The World Bank for flying me out to Washington D.C. to educate their managers and executives on how create and get the most out of AI Agents The famous Washington crab cakes were impeccable šŸ‘ŒšŸ¾ The jazz tribute to Oscar Peterson at the Smithsonian institution was copacetic 🄁 Much love to my family for teaching me the values that allowed me to go from a 3rd world country to The World Bank’s offices Now life feel’s like an afterparty as I’m equally as surprised as I am grateful to be alive Most people know that before AI it was music, but few people know, that before music it was poetry… I called this one Defined by the Mind If our minds are maps Directing our decisions And the future is a canvas Upon which we envision Then our thoughts are the compass Guiding our strides Through storms of doubt Where dreams reside Each choice a brushstroke Bold or refined Prompting a future Defined by the mind A note to my future self: Freedom is the only thing worth flexing

As someone who teaches global corporations how to use AI, I can’t lie, sometimes people hype it up too much in the wrong way šŸ˜’ 1. Break down what you want to accomplish into a workflow 2. Identify the inputs, processes and outputs 3. Find the friction points in terms of time, energy, attention, and money
