This is the biggest announcement I have ever made, and a key unlock for us becoming the very best community for Creators. 🚀 Many of you know @steven , the host of ‘The Diary of a CEO, the world's biggest business podcast. Steven is the definition of a self-made Stan entrepreneur: he grew up with very little, persisted through difficult circumstances, and has now built a multi-million $ empire for himself using social media. He is also now officially a Co-Owner in @stanforcreators . Steven's a badass - and now, his mission is to pay it forward to all the aspiring entrepreneurs out there using Stan. If you've at all been thinking about diving into building your own thing - even if just a side hustle - then this moment is for you. As part of Steven's investment - we're launching The Stan Challenge, where if you've always wanted to start your own business, Steven will be spending the next month sharing all of his advice on how to grow a following, build a business for yourself, and monetize with a Stan Store. Steven will be picking one Creator to personally mentor and invest $100,000 into - so comment 'STEVEN' to get all the details and see the official rules. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

please tag @hormozi to help us get his attention!! 🫶 For context, my startup @stanforcreators is on a mission to empower anyone to work for themselves. That mission is deeply personal to me. As the only child of an immigrant single mom, I did all things society told me would “make me happy”. I worked nights and weekends to pay off my student loans during college, I coldcalled my way into a job at Goldman Sachs, and even got into Stanford Business School. All to realize none of that stuff fulfilled me. I wanted the freedom to pursue my own career, and make my own meaning. And that’s why I started creating content - and built the very first version of Stan for my own account. Since then we’ve helped Creators make over $100 MILLION for themselves - and I want that to be $100 Billion one day. We’d be so grateful to get to pitch to you on our vision, and why we’re going to be the next billion dollar company. #alexhormozi #alexhormoziquotes #stanfam #entrepreneur

What a year! Sharing my favorite highlights of 2024: 🎬 100k on YouTube! I grew up on YouTube! ⛷️ Flying the entire team out to Whistler 😤 $100M made for our Creators (now $250M!!) 🫶 Building an incredible, values-driven organization 🛹 Learning to skate the Venice Bowl All single moment highlights built from years of pushing the ball forward, every single day. Little kid John would’ve never believed I’d get to live out these dreams — and that there’s even bigger ones to come. If you’re just starting your journey — this is your sign to believe in yourself and build your dreams. Stack days. Be hungry. You will see the compounding pay off. #entrepreneur #stanfam #justaluckyimmigrantkid

The most useful lesson from my 20s: if you’re not cringe, you’re not winning 😅

Every successful founder hits the same wall: there are too many opinions to absorb, while still doing the work. Going “cold” isn’t arrogance, it’s survival.

10 money myths most people never unlearn 👆 The founders I know who actually built something? They had to unlearn all of these.

Your parents probably never told you these 3 financial truths: 1️⃣ Rich people don’t get rich from salaries — they get rich from owning assets. 2️⃣ Get rich quick schemes are almost always scams. 3️⃣ Compounding is the 8th wonder of the world. Stay patient. Be prudent. Build for the long term.

Everything’s on fire. 7 clients calling. Half your team’s pissed. Investors banging on the door. And you’re already working as hard as humanly possible. If that’s where you’re at, here’s how to get your business running on autopilot, without you grinding harder: 1. Take a breath. You’re not paid to hustle around creating more chaos. You’re paid to be calm in the storm and make the best call possible. 2. Make a kill list. Write down everything you did this week. Be brutally honest — 30-40% of it shouldn’t exist. Circle the 1-2 things actually moving the business forward. Automate, delegate, or kill the rest. 3. Build the systems. Take what you don’t want to do, map the workflow, and hand it to an AI agent. One system a week. They compound. You didn’t start a business to work in a business. You started it to build a life worth living.

If you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room. If you want to level up in life, you have to be around people who are better than you, so you can learn from them!
