This is the biggest announcement I have ever made, and a key unlock for us becoming the very best community for Creators. đ
Many of you know @steven , the host of âThe Diary of a CEO, the world's biggest business podcast.
Steven is the definition of a self-made Stan entrepreneur: he grew up with very little, persisted through difficult circumstances, and has now built a multi-million $ empire for himself using social media.
He is also now officially a Co-Owner in @stanforcreators .
Steven's a badass - and now, his mission is to pay it forward to all the aspiring entrepreneurs out there using Stan.
If you've at all been thinking about diving into building your own thing - even if just a side hustle - then this moment is for you.
As part of Steven's investment - we're launching The Stan Challenge, where if you've always wanted to start your own business, Steven will be spending the next month sharing all of his advice on how to grow a following, build a business for yourself, and monetize with a Stan Store.
Steven will be picking one Creator to personally mentor and invest $100,000 into - so comment 'STEVEN' to get all the details and see the official rules.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
please tag @hormozi to help us get his attention!! đŤś
For context, my startup @stanforcreators is on a mission to empower anyone to work for themselves.
That mission is deeply personal to me.
As the only child of an immigrant single mom, I did all things society told me would âmake me happyâ.
I worked nights and weekends to pay off my student loans during college, I coldcalled my way into a job at Goldman Sachs, and even got into Stanford Business School.
All to realize none of that stuff fulfilled me.
I wanted the freedom to pursue my own career, and make my own meaning.
And thatâs why I started creating content - and built the very first version of Stan for my own account.
Since then weâve helped Creators make over $100 MILLION for themselves - and I want that to be $100 Billion one day.
Weâd be so grateful to get to pitch to you on our vision, and why weâre going to be the next billion dollar company.

Little kid John wouldâve never believed Iâd get to live out these dreams â and that thereâs even bigger ones to come.
If youâre just starting your journey â this is your sign to believe in yourself and build your dreams.
Stack days. Be hungry. You will see the compounding pay off.

The 3 traits every world-class company shares (learned at Goldman Sachs) đ
1ď¸âŁ A Compounding Competitive Advantage
2ď¸âŁ An Iconic Management Team
3ď¸âŁ A Rock-Solid Financial Profile
Thatâs the formula.
Lesson #5 drops next đ
Every successful founder hits the same wall: there are too many opinions to absorb, while still doing the work.
Going âcoldâ isnât arrogance, itâs survival.
Your parents probably never told you these 3 financial truths:
1ď¸âŁ Rich people donât get rich from salaries â they get rich from owning assets.
2ď¸âŁ Get rich quick schemes are almost always scams.
3ď¸âŁ Compounding is the 8th wonder of the world.
Stay patient. Be prudent. Build for the long term.
Everythingâs on fire. 7 clients calling. Half your teamâs pissed. Investors banging on the door. And youâre already working as hard as humanly possible.
If thatâs where youâre at, hereâs how to get your business running on autopilot, without you grinding harder:
1. Take a breath. Youâre not paid to hustle around creating more chaos. Youâre paid to be calm in the storm and make the best call possible.
2. Make a kill list. Write down everything you did this week. Be brutally honest â 30-40% of it shouldnât exist. Circle the 1-2 things actually moving the business forward. Automate, delegate, or kill the rest.
3. Build the systems. Take what you donât want to do, map the workflow, and hand it to an AI agent. One system a week. They compound.
You didnât start a business to work in a business. You started it to build a life worth living.
If youâre the smartest person in the room, youâre in the wrong room.
If you want to level up in life, you have to be around people who are better than you, so you can learn from them!
