A break from my usual content.
On Thursday, we ventured over to a very windy Glastonbury Tor. Our plan was to snap a few pictures and move on, but we met some amazing people while up there and were invited to stay.
This site holds both great spiritual and religious importance, which was made clear when we saw strangers from across the globe come together in communal chanting. Which was brilliant to see, after recent events.
Thursday was the 8th of August, also referred to as Lion’s Gate. I learned that this was significant in ancient cultures, and marks the period in which the Spiritual Sun Sirius, Earthly Sun, Orion’s Belt, and Earth are all aligned.
Thank you to everyone that welcomed us. I doubt it will be long before we return. If you know of anyone whose story would be an interesting subject for a short documentary, please reach out. It’s always great to uncover.
