Here are your Sports Idol Nation All-American Running backs 🏈🏆🥇
All-America status, no shortcuts.
Two running backs setting the standard — patience, power, and straight work
Cherry Creek senior running back Jayden Fox can back that up with receipts — Gatorade Player of the Year, multiple state title runs and now a future in Westwood with the UCLA Bruins.
He sat down with Denver Sports Media right after his signing to talk about the grind behind it all.
“Gatorade Player of the Year — It means a lot,” he said. “I put a lot of work in on and off the field, but I couldn’t have done it without my coaches putting me in the best positions and my teammates and O-line blocking their butts off.”
“Signing with UCLA was a process,” Fox told us. After weighing his options Jayden made his decision the night before signing.
For Fox, the hardware and the Big10 future all come back to one simple idea: never give up, never settle, always want more.
