Manchester is set to have THREE premieres in the space of FOUR days next week (AND the Brit Awards that weekend) so here's a throwback to the international premiere gala night for @comefallinlovemusical at @palaceandopera , which I attended after interviewing the cast and creatives (including @vishaldadlani and @shekharravjiani ) at an exclusive showcase (I did not get to speak to Nell Benjamin, whose show Mean Girls is coming to Manchester next week, so it was lovely meeting her at the show). My top show of 2025 has to be Balkan Erotic Epic by Marina AbromaviΔ, which is, undeniably, one of the most ambitious, innovative and unique works ever created, informed by almost six decades of experimental performance art and centuries of eroticism, spiritualism and mythology π₯
