You are your first relationship.
If you don’t have a clear sense of who you are or where you stand in life, you won’t know how love, partnership, or even purpose fit into that bigger picture.
A relationship is one piece of a greater whole. Everything is connected: the way you think, the way you eat, the way you move, the way you speak to yourself, the way you treat others, etc, etc, etc…
If something feels misaligned in your relationship, start by looking inward. Check in with yourself. Most of the time, the issue isn’t the absence of love or trust, it’s a disconnect from yourself. The truth is there. It’s ALWAYS been there. You just have to come home to it.

Yosemite in February was magical🏔️ It had it all, greens, water, rainbows, snow, crisp wind, sun rays, clouds, every colors and all.
We went to see the infamous firefall but the waterfall wasn’t flowing enough to catch the sunset’s glow. Still, no regrets. Honestly, I had the best time exactly as it was and exactly as it was meant to be.
I think life is kind like that. You plan for one thing, chase after it, but sometimes you end up getting something completely different but even better.

In May 2024, I attended a 10-day silent meditation retreat. During those 10 days, I realized something profound 👉🏼 Our purest creativity is buried deep within us because we RARELY take the time to sit in silence and connect with the source.
Being silent and shutting out external input is so powerful. When you intentionally cut off communication whether verbal or non-verbal,
You CREATE a boundary between yourself and the noise of the world. You limit the external cues that could influence or dilute your original, authentic ideas.
You STOP reacting to the world around you. You stop shaping your thoughts to fit someone else’s expectations or perspective. And in that stillness, you create space. Space for the raw, unfiltered flow of your true creativity to emerge.
You BEGIN to connect with the part of yourself that already knows what feels right, what aligns with your essence, and what ideas are worth pursuing.

I want to create a space for those who seek long-lasting, meaningful connections rather than temporary belonging. For those who are willing to inspire others and be inspired in return.
It doesn’t matter where you are in life.
It doesn’t matter how much is in your bank account, what you look like, or what you do for a living.
The beautiful thing about growth is that you can start anywhere, at any time. And this space is for that and open to you.
My mission is one thing:
