An unbelievable time in Scotland and Ireland with the love of my life. A lot of the time I feel at least a little overwhelmed that this is my life, I’m having a really good time and I am very appreciative that this is where I’m at. Thanks yall!
I cannot believe it’s been 8 years since we started this company.
In that time, I’ve experienced more emotions than I’d previously thought possible. There have been moments so incredible they felt surreal.
When I came off the road, I needed to believe it was to do something positive for the community that kept me going while I was out there. 8 years later, it feels nice to look back at what we’ve accomplished.
I’m excited to keep going and I’m infinitely appreciative of the team we’ve built here.

I’m working on the concept of lowering the stakes; good and bad, just like “is this really a 5-alarm fire or am I just worried”
It’s going well, you should try it too! Honestly everything is great, watching a lot of hockey, haven’t been drawing as much lately but I’m going to start again in the next few days.
We’re getting into 3-4 shows a week territory, honestly feels good! Hope you’re having fun!
Doing great having fun!
Still not reading like I want to but everything else is happening.
Maybe start an art hang, not sure.
There’s a second season of Culinary Class Wars (the best cooking competition show in existence) that is either new or no one told me about it, either way I’m watching it.
Hope you’re doing something that you enjoy!!
I am getting into hockey and paint pens and colored paper.
I’m a little better at 2K than I was 2 weeks ago.
Someone told me I had a “nice podcast voice” which I took as a compliment! I thought the bad bunny halftime show was cool and I really enjoyed the patriots losing even though I don’t watch football.
I’m having trouble starting to read consistently again, I feel like I need to just read one fantasy book until 2am one time and it’ll course correct, but also I’m slowly getting my sleep schedule in line, so maybe not?
I like posting the sketches even though they’re not getting better because I miss putting something out, there obviously won’t be anticipation for this but it’s the part of the process I can still participate in and I’m happy with it!
I hope you’re doing something that brings you joy too, I hope i drink more caffeine than you
Here was January:
There’s so much art in the city, it’s so incredible living in a place that has an unending list of just….anything.
When I was 9 I thought the idea of going to the opening reception of an art gallery of any size was the coolest, most exclusive thing a person could do. I never knew you could just…move to a place that had them and show up all the time.
Now that I’m old, I get that just showing up is almost the entire game. Nearly anything you want to do is a community you can become a part of if you just start going.
Go get into a thing or make something, the sharing and the consuming are most of the point.
Here is some art I have made recently!
Having art as a hobby has been one of the most enjoyable additions to my life in recent years.
I really appreciate all of the positive comments / messages / words in person.
Thank you for looking, I am having a lot of fun!
2025 was a profoundly strange and complex year.
I have hobbies now, I feel my close friends, I think I’m learning to appreciate the era of my life I didn’t really plan for.
There were undeniably horrific and unexpected losses this year, entire stretches of time felt nearly impassable. There were also fantastic moments of love and togetherness. I think these moments, and the growth I’ve been fortunate enough to feel during and following them, are probably the point of being alive.
I want to keep doing nice things for people, I want to keep celebrating with my friends when they succeed and cursing their enemies when they stumble. I want to get weirder and probably more annoying. I want you all in my life forever. I want to talk more (is this possible?).
I love you and I hope you are about to enter a better year than the one you just had.
