after a long and painful battle with Parkinson’s, my guardian angel Jeffrey passed away on Thursday leaving a 6’5” hole in my heart ❤️ when I was 6 months old, he was appointed by the court as my lawyer and protector, making the difficult choice of my parental rights, and then stuck around for 30 years longer than he had to. he was my mom’s hero, my first advocate, and the only father figure around in my life. he remarked to me a few months ago that he was worried nobody would come to his funeral, so please join me in sending love and admiration to his sweet spirit wherever he is in the universe🪻
