In the fifth issue of Assembled (Irish Screen Editors Magazine), Iranian film editor Hamid Najafirad is interviewed by Jeremy Briers. Hamid goes beyond discussing his career as a film editor, highlighting the art and struggle of living and working in Iran as an independent filmmaker and the importance of editing as a universal language and its impact on a film's perspective.
I would like to thank Jeremy Briers for his invaluable support and dedication. Since my short speech at the IFEF meeting in 2022, Jeremy has been committed to helping us by providing a platform for Iranian editors and offering educational resources. I also want to extend my thanks to Tony Kearns and Shane Woods for their contributions to this issue of ISE.

در پنجمین شماره مجله انجمن صنفی تدوینگران سینمای ایرلند با عنوان «اسمبلد»، مصاحبه «حمید نجفیراد» با «جرمی برایرز» با عنوان «هنر و تلاش» منتشر شد. حمید نجفیراد علاوه بر گفتگو درباره پیشینه کاری خود، درباره نقش تدوین و تدوینگر در شکلگیری ساختار یک فیلم، اهمیت مشارکت در پروژههای بینالمللی، سینمای مستقل ایران و موانع پیشرو سینمای ایران صحبت کرد.
