Mental health is such a crazy thing to think about and to wrap your head around once you think about it, there are so many underlying signs that are so subtle and hard to catch onto. If anyone is struggling and feel like they are in an empty void please do not be scared to reach out and talk to people about what’s going on up there, or even just to have a chat to take your mind off whatever your mental is. Your never alone, there are so many people by your side, you just have to make that effort to reach out becasue your people may not be able to recognise that small change or shift in your mood or that little tweak in your behaviour, and once they’ve realised its to late.
Please dont ever feel like you’re alone in this empty void, you’re not, there are so many people that love you. Reach out, have a chat

Videography has an empowering influence on the world as we know it, “timeless” shot by @uncyphill is a film which dives into a realm of trying to capture emotions through the lens. The main concept for this film was to create a video which everyone in their own way can relate too. After many ideas flying through both of our minds we both just said “fuck it let’s just film jay boy for who he is” thus creating a video which differs through angles and emotions. We wanted to tap into more of the deeper/vulnerable side of things, as today on social media we are exposed to more surface level content with no actual meaning behind it. We tried to express this deeper content by capturing the different emotions I experience throughout my day, from being happy, frustrated, confused, sad, etc. The minimal shifts in facial expression are all that are needed to understand the mood or emotion someone is feeling and I feel we tied this in beautifully as you can see a whole whirlwind of emotions happening on screen which everyone in someway can relate too.
