Joel earned a GBP 40,000 Chevening scholarship for his Analytics MSc in the UK, where he launched Career Wheel—now generating ~£2m annually for African professionals. Building on this, he’s developing Mande, an AI-powered career platform delivering professional guidance at 1% of current costs for the next generation of African talent.
As Senior Product Manager at Axmed, Joel leads a pharmaceutical Marketplace aggregating demand across geographies to drive medicine affordability in LMICs. Previously, he built logistics systems for ~500 pharmacies across 10 SSA countries at mPharma.
