Radio is all I ever wanted to do and at 19 was lucky enough to start my career at the BBC’s first National Black music station!
I’ve had an incredible 20 years at 1Xtra and have been part of legendary moments, worked with the most talented people, met some of the greatest ‘to do it’ and been to some of the most epic events around the world. But I feel most thankful for the real friends and family that I met along the way and will have for a life time ❤️ love you bad x
Don’t get me wrong I’ve cussed some bad words and wanted to tear off some faces over the years 😂 but I’m very grateful and proud of what we created and the impact 1Xtra has made, it’s a special place.

I’m leaving to do my own thing (more news on that). What I do will continue to represent the culture and have the feel and values of 1Xtra, nurture young talent and have a R.P work ethic.
