Stuck if offically out!! 🖤🤘🤘 “Stuck” lives inside the mind...the chaos, the relentless noise, the voices that haunt our minds. The intrusive thoughts. Everyone passes through moments of depression, confusion, and rage, having thoughts that we may be scared of or don't fully know how to handle. Moments when the walls feel like they are closing in, when it feels like the world is on fire, or like you want to burn it all down. This song is about being trapped in that headspace, locked in with those voices and the weight they carry. It captures an internal world where thoughts spiral into dark places. Thoughts of ending things, of lashing out, of losing control. “Stuck” is a raw reflection of an inner world that can become loud and overwhelming. It questions reality and perspective. What’s real? What’s imagined? The song is introspective, mirroring the thoughts many people have but rarely speak - questioning existence and survival. It holds the fear, the anger, and the confusion of not knowing what’s happening inside your own mind, or how to escape it – in the end, you regain control and win over the thoughts by screaming a final “no”. You will not listen to these thoughts. The song aims to reminds listeners that they are not alone in these struggles, they are not alone with these thoughts, and that others have felt the same weight, and that even in darkness, we are connected, and you are not alone. Today is national semi- colon day ; the semicolon colon represents a mental health initiative dedicated to suicide prevention and awareness. It uses the semicolon (;) as a symbol of hope, representing a sentence an author could have ended but chose to continue - symbolizing the choice to keep living despite struggles. This is essentially what Stuck is about. Sometimes you feel stuck… with voices in your head that don’t seem to quiet down. They come and go… Stuck is about feeling stuck in those feelings. Having darker thoughts that we don’t always talk about. The journey of fighting with those thoughts… and, in the end, you choose to stay and not to listen to those thoughts. ; You are not alone.
