The Third Horizon will be presented as an installation at the New Museum as part of DEMO2026, presented by NEW INC and the New Museum.
The work brings together moving image, performance documentation, and excerpted material from IF NOT NOW alongside elements from Animalation.
Make Believe is a 46-minute animated visual essay about immaterial fictions and how images shape futures we don’t yet understand.
A work-in-progress toward my first feature, Exodus: a coming-of-age story of a young man, a rebellion, and the death of a mother told through the biomythography of my father and a Buffalo who guides him.
Shot through a 240mm lens inside software not built for cinema, the film treats the body as landscape.
Accompanied by a written essay and a chopped & screwed rework of “Rain.”
THE THIRD HORIZON — A Film Triptych
I’ll be showing three films at Now Instant in Los Angeles on April 30th:
Makara, Earth Mother, Sky Father, and an excerpt from IF NOT NOW excerpt.
These works sit between film, performance, and sound thinking through ritual, memory, and speculative futures.
Two screenings:
7:00 PM (with conversation)
8:15 PM
Tickets: @now_instant
Programming by: @moun.sous

Come through.
Years in the making, I had the privilege of working on BLKNWS: Terms & Conditions as a VFX Supervisor, designing the Nautica along with several other speculative sci-fi vessels for the film.
To the outstanding VFX team @ademacalinao , Sam Brady, @corduroy.fx you already know! Much love!
One of the most electrifying projects I’ve ever been a part of.
If you haven’t seen it yet, do yourself a favor and take this as my word. You won’t leave the same way you came in.
Streaming now on platforms!
Grateful to Kahlil, Onye and the entire BLKNWS family.

First public screening of my short film IF NOT NOW at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art as part of Aama Studio’s Threads of Legacy Film Salon.
The film follows a father and son experimenting with “LIVITY” geo-engineering to move through space and time. A speculative meditation on extinction, memory, and rebirth grounded in the worldview of Rastafarian philosophy.
