Just finished another piece for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Dallas Theater Center. There is a small bolster pillow that covers the ugly angle irons inside the back, unfortunately that pillow is already in rehearsal. #dallastheatercenter
Every once in a while I make a piece of art for myself, that speaks to me in a way that I am unsure it will speak to others. This bowl that I made about 6 months ago is one of those pieces. I was inspired to share it today because I was watching a video from Adam Savage talking about his personal art, and this bowl got me thinking about the things I make for myself.
Ok, this is the finished product of the mystery project I was working on. It is a working carousel dress for the Tyler Rose Festival. I built the animals and the rig that makes them spin.
