TENANT HIGHLIGHT: YouTube content creator (over 100k subscribers) Allan Wade creates instructional tutorials on the YouTube channel adubbproductions teaching underserved minorities how to supplement or replace their incomes using various garment decorating machines.
Allan now has an Printing and Embroidery business in Suite 220 providing various service to the community such as banner printing, DTG printing, DTF transfer printing sublimation printing and embroidery.  Allan also offers a weekly event called sew and sip where patrons can get hands on experience operating a single needle embroidery machine.
