Conshohocken is a great meetup spot for my BFF and me, and we were wayyyyy overdue for a dinner date. We’ve known each other since we were 12 and even though we talk every day, some things are better said in person over wine and seasonal cocktails. @jaspersbackyard just launched their new spring menu, and I knew @mamullen1525 would be down for sharing a couple of entrées. We ordered:
🌽 corn dip
🥓 the classic BLT (they also have a shrimp option!)
🍝 bucatini (the arugula pesto is so good!!)
🥃 Bourbon and Bloom cocktail (Jim Beam, white peach purée)
🍹Miss Scarlet (with strawberry infused tequila)
🍷 red wine, obviously, to pair with our carrot cake
