Finally have a moment to look back on Commanders vs. Falcons. My final home game (and in the final throes of negotiating the RFK legislation and deal!)
More than football, it was a moment to reflect, celebrate, and give thanks. My friends and family showed up big for this one.
The success of this new chapter is due to everyone who propelled me in the last one.
Grateful to celebrate this holiday season with our @commanders family. Though my time is coming to a close next month, I wanted to share a bit of what I’ll take with me from this incredible experience.
Women’s sports is growing fast, and we’re all in at @arielprojectlevel . The talent has always been there, and now the business side is catching up.
Enjoyed my convo with @jb_young at @forbes . Let’s build. 💪🏾
At The Philadelphia Citizen’s eighth annual Ideas We Should Steal Festival® presented by Comcast NBCUniversal, Managing Partner and Head of Investments, Project Level®, Jason Wright showed how women’s sports can grow a city. The proof is already there, it’s up to city leaders to take advantage of it.
The @uncf reception was more than a panel, it was a celebration of the enduring power of HBCUs to transform lives and communities. Thank you for leading such an important conversation.
Honored to join the Football & Sustainability Panel at the UK Saudi Culture, Sports & Entertainment Forum to explore football’s role in diplomacy, sustainability, and change.

🫠What do you say when the team wants clarity, but you don’t have it?
We asked leaders at the annual @milkeninstitute Conference for their POV.
Tell us how you’d handle the situation in the comments.
Thank you David Hunt, @tamsenfadal , Jose Minaya, Lisa Stevens, Amanda Lynam, Dennis Gada, @jasongwright , Vandita Pant for sharing your insight on this question.
A special leg day from a few months back. Years ago, as my body felt the wear and tear of years as a professional athlete, a physician told me I would never be able to run again. I took that as a challenge and worked my way to running again in 2020. I subsequently let my discipline fall off but started to focus again at the end of 2024. This leg day includes my first run in years and I’m not stopping!
Football x Water 🇸🇦🇬🇧⚽🏈
At the UK Saudi Culture, Sports & Entertainment Forum at @chelseafc , our @footballforpeace panel brought powerful insights on how the game we love can be a force for global good.
From water security to women’s sports investment, our guest panellists inspired action:
🔹 David Garrido – on football’s unique power to tell the sustainability story
🔹 Jason Wright – on investing in women’s sport & why women are first impacted by global crises
🔹 Kash Siddiqi – on Rehydrate The Earth & football’s role in tackling water scarcity
🔹 Oumar Niasse – on the journey from pitch to purpose with football for peace
🔹 Zach Weiss – on restoring ecosystems and building water resilience
Together, we explored real solutions, bold partnerships, and the role of sport in building a better world. 🌱💧
Thank you to the Saudi British Joint Business Council for hosting us @chelseafc ✨
