Mornings at the museum: @heidijalkh and @gisela.pozzetti were guiding us through the inspiring exhibition "Matters of South. Biomaterial Cultures from Latin America" located at the Kunstgewerbemuseum Berlin.
The Biomaterial Archive not only shows the relation to local materials, localized processes, the makers and their environment, but also aims to start a dialogue about their potentials in our current state of the world. 🐚
Thanks to @anaszagorni for organising this for the EXIST-Women Cohort!

Graduated with my Master project 𝙃𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙏𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙨 last week and while having mixed post-graduation emotions I also have a proud smile on my face 🤠 and gratitude towards the people supporting me this journey. This is the end of an era, and the beginning of something new and exciting!
The pictures were taken at the exhibition of the Textile and Material Design Master graduates #whatmatters
our newest addition to the fam: a @bambulab_official P1S with AMS 🤤 from unpacking to assembling, first test benchy to multicolor print: i'm super happy with the P1S and excited to print!
this powerful machine has a funny side effect: it "poops", meaning: the filament purge just leaves the printer from its backend 🌀 this can get a bit messy and people designed "poop bins" for this. everything about this makes me lol 💀

today i'm sharing my teeny tiny pocket loom 💚 this project gave me the possibility to really deep-dive into CAD modeling and fueled my passion for 3D printing and building tools. the tiny loom allows to prototype quick and small woven surfaces but also to simply create tiny artworks with it. you can basically #weaveanywhere with it (like, let's say, when you're waiting for your 40-minutes-late train).
you can buy this tiny (11x6,5cm) adjustable pocket loom for 15€ - if you're still searching for a fun little christmas present, this is your chance! It's available in candy pink, peanut and charcoal printed with ecofriendlier (😏) PLA.
