Remembering Jeremi Redmond, a friend from high school whom I just learned passed away yesterday after a few years of health struggles. He was a father of two sons, like I am. It’s a reminder that tomorrow is promised to no one. Or better put in Proverbs 27 where the sentiment comes from: “Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring forth.” I’m sure he had his flaws like all of us, but I have nothing but good memories of Jeremi. I can’t imagine knowing him and not liking him. It’s hard to hear of his passing so soon. May the Lord keep him and bless him and shine His face on Jeremi’s family.
Took my son Enoch to his first concert tonight. It was the last concert of the tour for his favorite band. Twenty One Pilots puts on a great show. And it seemed Enoch knew every word of every song. #twentyønepiløts #fathersontime
Went to a USC game a few weeks back with my son Enoch. He can really sling a football well for a 13-year-old. Have to make sure to get some of these fun outings in as we get into the teenage years. This weekend we’re going to see his favorite band: 21 Pilots.

I have really exciting news! I am honored to have just won the best actress award for my role in my movie Dr. Quarantine at the LA Independent Women Film Awards. It’s my third win for best actress for my role in Dr Quarantine. I couldn’t have done it without my business partner, brilliant director and best friend White Cross. You brought me to a place I haven’t been before and brought out the best actress in me. Your vision and artistry made everything possible. Thank you to my cast and crew and to everyone who helped make this movie happen. I am especially thankful for my role in this movie due to the mental health crisis going on in the world to help bring awareness to a very important subject that hasn’t been talked about enough.
