The tallest things in life donāt come closer because you force them to.
ļæ½They come closer when you approach with presence, calmness, and an open heart.
Watching my son feed a giraffe on his birthday, I realized something:ļæ½kids naturally live in the moment. No stress about tomorrow. No replaying yesterday. Just awe, curiosity, connection, and joy.
And maybe thatās why life responds so beautifully to them.
As adults, we spend so much time chasing bigger goals, bigger success, bigger lives⦠but the moments that actually matter are usually the simplest ones:being fully present with the people you love.
The giraffe reached down because we slowed down enough to meet it there.
Life works like that too.

Jack is the greatest golfer whoās ever lived.
Not āone ofā the bestā¦
THE best.
And here I am getting a putting lesson from him.
Me⦠one of 7 billion people.
Last time I played this same course, I somehow ended up at Michael Jordanās house.
Not an event. Not a party.
Just sitting there with MJ, Ahmad Rashad, my neighbor, and his kids⦠smoking cigars and tasting tequila.
Againā¦the greatest to ever do it. Just in a different game.
Iām just a kid from Long Island.
No different than anyone else.
Yet I keep finding myself in moments that feel⦠unreasonably unlikely.
And Iāve realized something:
Itās not a coincidence.
These things happen when my energy is high.
When I feel aligned.
When Iām fully in it.
Not because I had some master plan.
In fact, 2 days before, I had no idea any of this was going to happen.
Most people think you need a perfect plan to have extraordinary experiences.
But itās the opposite.
Your only plan should be to cultivate the best energy you can in each moment, and let go of what comes next.
Do that, and life has a way of showing you youāre on the right path.
Oh⦠and one more thing I learned about putting:
Just hit it straight.
Every company told him the same thing: we don't know what to do with you.
He almost quit. Then MrBeast tweeted. He moved across the country and left his family behind.

One of the most physically dangerous men Iāve ever metā¦
and one of the kindest.
The strongest men arenāt violent.
Theyāre disciplined.
Theyāre protective.
Theyāre intentional.
Real strength is controlled power.
Grateful for the powerful conversation, my brother @brutalbostwick ššļø
He started fighting at 16, dropped out of school, and had a leaving date for the army.
Then someone beat his dad, grabbed the mic, and called him out.
He stepped up. The rest is history.

Mindset, movement, and energy cultivation are the foundation of real health, and this podcast with Jared Goetz is one of the most honest conversations Iāve had about the journey so far.
This episode is a deep dive into who I am
Where I come from. And exactly where Iām headed with the Mind Body Energy Movement.
No filters. No shortcuts.
Just the truth behind the mission, the discipline, and the vision to build something that helps people become more capable in their everyday lives.
If youāve ever wondered what drives me, why I train the way I do, or how this entire movement came to life⦠this conversation breaks it all down.
ā”ļø We talk mindset
ā”ļø We talk movement as medicine
ā”ļø We talk energy, discipline, and building something bigger than yourself
The app is officially live now. This is how I plan to help the most amount of people move better, breathe better, and live stronger.
