Returning to Flat Rock is JJ Niemann (Hamilton, Back to the Future: The Musical, The Book of Mormon) as Ren McCormack. Audiences may remember JJ as Sky from Mamma Mia! (‘22), and we could not be more excited to welcome him back to the Rock. 🪨
Also returning to the Playhouse is Jared Goldsmith (Dear Evan Hansen) as Willard Hewitt. Long before Broadway and the First National Tour of Dear Evan Hansen, Jared was a Flat Rock Playhouse Apprentice appearing in The Music Man and 9 to 5 (‘16) and having him back on our stage a decade later feels pretty special. ✨
Joining them is Broadway powerhouse Nicole Powell (Ragtime, Hairspray, Tina: The Tina Turner Musical) as Vi Moore, alongside an incredible company packed with beloved Playhouse artists and bold new energy. Directed by Ethan Andersen and choreographed by Candi Boyd. 🎉
