Spent the last few days at the #FutureNowconference in the concrete jungle of New York! I'm very grateful to Future Now for granting me a scholarship for this amazing event. From the diverse panels to the media tours, it’s been a great experience. Excited to introduce #chattinwd first-ever intern Jessica Johnson, @jappletaa ✨ Jessica is a graduating senior at VCU @vcu majoring in broadcast journalism with a minor in psychology.
As she finishes up her final semester, she oversees VCU Insight's (her school newsroom) as a the first director. Upon graduation, her plans are to pursue a career in producing & directing in the entertainment industry.
Jessica will be working closely besides me as the communication intern learning the ins & outs of what it takes to run a production, creating email campaigns & editing short form videos to enhance her skills.
