Usually when we look back on a hard year, we focus on everything that tried to break us. But I’d rather thank 2025 for what it gave, & for what it taught me. This year showed me how quickly life can change… or even be taken. Because of that, living means something entirely different to me now. I spent much of this year quietly fighting silent battles, yet still found so much beauty along the way. Looking back, I almost forgot how much I lived. How many moments there were. How full this year actually was. I watch it all back now and can’t help but smile and think, wow… life is so unbelievably beautiful. Especially in the moments you don’t realize you’re collecting until later. There were times I caught myself thinking, “Can you imagine if you never got to experience this?” The laughter. The love. The places. The people. The memories that made it all matter. So instead of harping on the heaviness, I’m choosing to hold onto the joy. A year full of memories, resilience, growth, and reminders that being here is never something to take for granted. Here’s to carrying all of that forward, and stepping into 2026 with a fuller heart, gentler perspective, & an even deeper love for this life🌤️
