She places significant focus on techno and DnB, while also working within the realms of jungle, breaks, house, and UKG. Her sets capture the diverse sounds of the electronic landscape, spanning from dark and hypnotic with gritty industrial undertones, to groovy and full of bounce with the colouring of lush analog elements. Jana’s productions demonstrate a dedication to exploring different styles and sounds and have been released on labels such as Lazuli Records (including the Lazuli Black and Lazuli Red sublabels), The Acid Mind Recordings, Crisis of Man, Black Square Recordings, Ekstasis, and Omen Recordings. In 2023, along with Pachelle, Jana co-founded ‘Common Ground’, a project that has grown to encompass events, performances, and record releases. Common Ground Records has released three EPs and a single to date, featuring Lightstar, Trading Fours, Jomari, and Jana Greenstone herself. More recently Jana, Pachelle and Mr. Brown have joined forces in Toronto as ‘PB&J’.
