Tahoe trail 100 is done and quite literally dusted!
It has felt really nice to be back on the mountain bike for these last couple races. The TT100 ended up basically being 4hr individual TT where pacing was vastly important and staying on top of nutrition and hydration was crucial - which is where I suffered. But thatās part of what makes cycling so challenging, yet satisfying when you put it all together.
P15 on the day after cramping up for the final hr of the ride. Thatās the best I could manage with the preparation that I gave myself. Now to hydrate a bit more keep moving forward.

3 flat tires during the XC race on Saturday and a broken wheel in the DH on Sunday. But itās hard to hang my head after racing on some of the most epic terrain in Northern California! The @downievilleclassic puts on one hell of a race! Iāll be back for redemption
