FINAL RESULTS!!! TIME TRIALS 8 *Reposting due to a score keeping mistake* Times now reflect correct scores for @mycoboarder second course run is 13.3 not 16.7 (5th Place). Overall score of 30.8 for Tony puts him in 4th place. Thank You to everyone who showed up and supported TIME TRIALS 8 at the HIAWATHA 17th Anniversary party!! Once again our very own local @loganmozey took home 1st place for the 5th time. Who can beat this guy?? I don’t know!! @mallgrabss took 2nd place and @skate.here.now took 3rd. I’ll post video and talk about Best Trick in the next post… SPECIAL NOTE: The HIAWATHA was able to raise THREE THOUSAND BUCKS for charity, split between the @kevinwilkins family cancer relief fund and local relief efforts here in Minneapolis. More info on that to come. Way to go everyone that came out for this event; this proves we can help our family, friends, and neighbors when difficult situations arise. The key is to Stay Positive and always look to Move Forward with Love as our guide. I am so impressed with our community here in Minneapolis and beyond. YES this is still happening on Saturday January 31 I would also like to note that the Hiawatha will be donating the door cover fees to a couple causes I feel are deserving, including one to help the family of @kevinwilkins who recently passed away from cancer. Kevin was heavily involved with @donuthill project in Omaha, Nebraska and was instrumental in laying the groundwork and format for their Time Trials event. He was also previously an editor for @transworldskate and @theskateboardmag_ I had personally asked Kevin about doing a Time Trials sister event at Hiawatha and he gave the blessing to do so. Being as Time Trials at Hiawatha has been a huge success and highly anticipated yearly event, I want our community to know how this all came about and the reason for wanting to give back and be charitable in some kind of way. Also, with current events happening in Minneapolis, I’m looking to donate proceeds from our event to local organizations that are supporting our community to those who are struggling at this time. I’m talking about food distribution banks and community protection organizations helping to keep our neighborhoods connected and safe. When we help each other we become stronger together. There will also be new shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, and hats available during the event to support the Hiawatha itself. I want to thank you all who have supported the Hiawatha in any way over the last 17 years. It’s been such an amazing ride!! Let’s continue to remember the beautiful people from our scene who are no longer with us and celebrate this thing that brings us together, skateboarding!! #hiawathatimetrials

Hiawatha Halloween 2025 recap! Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Halloween party this year, it was great to see everyone and witness the stoke and high level antics once again. Special thanks to our sponsors for providing prizes and give-a-ways, @familiaskate @acetrucks @converse_cons and we were also able to give out $450 during the Cash 4 Tricks jam from our very own donation box! Congrats to @skateyost on nabbing best trick over the channel at the last second of our 20 minute jam and also for staying late and getting that transfer from low to high on the bar. NBD!! I gave away the best costume prize goodies out as a product toss instead of accepting the prize myself, even tho I had the best costume!!!
