Tasting menu shmasting shmenu it’s actually just the fewest words you can say to get the most amount of food. Low key we won’t even judge you if that’s all you say to us all night - words are hard!! Designed to allow you to try the majority of our menu in one go. And yes we can also accommodate (most) dietary restrictions.

DATE STICKY TOFFEE + SALTY CARDAMON ICE CREAM An Eric special-turned-staple. Finished with a ladle of zingy ginger butterscotch and a sprinkle of aromatic cardamom. Limbo. A word that usually means hanging between worlds, not here, not there, and somehow the perfect frame for this Visa Infinite Dining Experience. Montreal and Toronto met in that suspended space, where @jamils.to brought heat, spice, flavour, and that strong Toronto energy, @restaurant.limbo answered with refinment, balance, big meat and fish, and unmistakable Montreal confidence. Course after course, felt like watching two cities talk to each other through flavour, fire, and smoke. The food was unreal, both restaurants at the top of their game, building something that only exists for one night at that specific moment before it disappears forever. Shooting inside this room for the first time hit different. I’ve photographed this space so many times back when it was @marconimontreal ; walking in again felt like opening an old journal, the light, the bones, the history and now @harrisonfred and the amazing Limbo crew have made it their own while still honouring what @mehdipex built. That lineage matters and you can feel it in the walls (and the wine cellar door). A night suspended between past and future, two cities and two kitchens, captured at the perfect moment in time.

Everyone (exactly 3 of you) is asking about gift cards so we said sure fine why not! They’re digital so you barely have to do anything tbh it’s like sending your friends tiktoks at 3am except instead of brain rot it’s a yummy meal. Sweet, spicy, tangy, crunchy, creamy. Samosa chaat really is kinda like the desi version of dipping a grilled cheese in tomato soup but actually not at all except maybe in the nostalgic sense if you had a very specific childhood? Yes the samosa is made from scratch and yes we forgot to film that part! Just imagine a bunch of rolling pins flying around. Available Wed-Sun, 5pm-close

POV you’re at a restaurant and that restaurant is jamils and your friends aren’t here yet so you’re like I’m gonna go to the washroom kill some time so you go to ask for directions but the bartender’s gone and you’re walking around like where is everyone why is this place so empty
