FACULTY NEWS | This fall, @cmuschoolofart will welcome @jamikwolfe and @soogeniekim , two new animation faculty whose work is transforming the field.
Jamie Wolfe joins as Assistant Professor, bringing the magic and energy of classical animation fully into the 21st century through her unique style, inventive characterization, and expressive line work.
Sujin Kim joins as Associate Professor, known for work that confronts deep, emotional themes with innovative use of technology, looking to the future while engaging with serious issues of the past.
Together, their practices will expand our Electronic & Time-Based Media curriculum and inspire our students to push the boundaries of what animation can do.
