We did it. London Marathon complete. Chip time: 4:14:02 🏅 First ever marathon. Goal A: Sub 4. Stretch goal: 3:50. And I was well and truly humbled by the marathon. The first 20km felt smooth, controlled and exactly where I wanted to be. Approaching Tower Bridge and halfway, I felt brilliant. Strong enough that I thought it was time to start pushing the second half. Oh wow… was I wrong. From 21km to 26km I lifted the pace to chase 3:50. Then at 27km, a lady kamikaze-dived into my left knee and nearly took me out. Tried to gather myself and keep pushing, but every step on the left side started sending pain through the leg. By 29km I was deep in the pain cave. 3:50 gone. New target: hold on for sub 4. At 32km I rallied and thought it was still there. At 34km… game over. Every muscle in my legs was threatening cramp. I ripped off the pacing bands and changed the mission completely: Survive. Finish. Enjoy it. At 36km the left hamstring cramped hard. Had to stop, stretch, reset, and somehow keep moving. But strangely, once the time goal disappeared, it felt like a weight lifted. I started soaking it all in. The crowds. The atmosphere. What it meant to be there. If someone was walking, I’d walk with them for a few seconds, give them a bit of encouragement, count to 10, and get them moving again. Those little moments with complete strangers ended up carrying me to the finish line as much as my own legs did. We’ve done it. Plenty of learnings. Plenty I’d do differently. Plenty more in the tank for next time. But my god… that was one of the best experiences of my life. A huge thank you to everyone who donated to the cause, sent messages, tracked me on the day, shouted my name on the course, and supported me throughout the whole journey. It genuinely meant more than you know and helped carry me through the tough moments. London Marathon 2026 ✅ Marathoner ✅ Back for unfinished business? We’ll see… 👀

HYROX Manchester ✅ 1:29:28 - my first proper benchmark race. Not perfect… but exactly what I needed. Big takeaways: • Running held up well • Stations exposed where time leaks • Wall balls + burpees = the tax collector • Transitions matter more than you think Now the focus shifts slightly. I’m 12 weeks out from the London Marathon, which will take up most of the training… but I’ll still be layering in HYROX sessions to fix the station leaks. Different race. Same mission: be more efficient, not just fitter. Onwards. 🏃‍♂️💪 #HYROX #HYROXManchester #LondonMarathonTraining #HybridAthlete #RaceLessons #TrustTheProcess

This song was our first dance. A year later we’re ending our B2B at Stealth, in a 360 set, with hundreds of people singing it back to us as we hand the decks over to Sigma. Getting to relive Touch like this every now and then is something we’ll never take for granted. Even crazier that the same lens that filmed our wedding filmed this moment too shout out to Pat the best in the biz 🖤 #firstdancesong #hybridminds #djs

5 weeks out from London Hyrox & Jamie’s finally joined the gang and has 12 weeks until Manchester hyrox!! We really wanted to start prioritising rest & recovery and with Jamie’s London Marathon training just around the corner we thought it was time to try somewhere new!💅🏼✨ The whole area for functional workouts is insane & makes it so much easier having everything in one place!! 10/10 from me 🫡 #hyroxtraining #roadtolondonhyrox #hyrox #restandrecovery

Great Eastern Half What a fantastic experience first race in the bag and smashed my target goal by nearly 7 minutes! Come in at 1:53:27 and I’m over the moon and super proud of myself that I’ve manage to stay disciplined and uninjured for 12 weeks! Hard work has paid off 💪🏼 Also nearly at a huge milestone of 25% of my target raised for Magpas Air Ambulance the real heroes who help out around 1,100 people every single year usually from life threatening circumstances. Link in bio to follow journey.
