Thugshop X Unmute Presents: Never Tooo Loud with Hitam (Eerste Communie) on Friday, 19 December at Headquarters.
Hitam is an Amsterdam based artist, label owner and resident of Eerste Communie, landing at Headquarters on 19 December for our final gig of the year with a sound rooted in depth, texture and instinct. He builds immersive sonic spaces where deep techno, ambient tension and experimental detail come together. His approach feels architectural, shaping atmosphere and rhythm into a world that pulls the room inward.
His music blends ancient echoes with futuristic tones, using field recordings, modular work and percussive fragments as raw material. The result evokes swamps, mountains, forgotten shrines and other blurred terrains where the human and elemental meet. It is a sound that feels alive, shifting and full of presence.
As founder of Rhiza Semar, he extends this vision into visual identity and curation, creating a label built around geological, ritualistic and esoteric themes. Each release contributes to a wider narrative carried by weight, texture and myth.
His sets at Tresor, Bassiani, De School, K41 and his performances for Awakenings Nxt Museum and STOOR are marked by focus and intention. Precision meets instinct, and the dance floor becomes a space of full immersion.
For this edition at Headquarters, Hitam brings that world into close range for a night that closes the year on a deeper note.
3MZY opens the night with a steady build that sets the foundation before Hitam takes control of the room. Upstairs, DJMSQ, Jamie React and Nino Blink bring house music driven groove, keeping the Upstairs floor warm and moving from start to finish.
