Into the Slushi machine add:
- 2 cups Aperol
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 bottle of Prosecco

Batching Spicy Pineapple Daiquiris🍍🍯
This is a cocktail I will drinking all summer long. Spicy, sweet, and absolutely delicious.
The Batch:
- 1 750ml Bottle of Rum
- 8oz Lime Juice
- 12oz Pineapple Juice
- 4oz Mike’s Hot Honey Syrup
- 6oz Purified Water
Stir all ingredients together. Refrigerate in an airtight container. Serve ice cold over ice or up in frozen coupes. Garnish with Tajin & pineapple wedges.

Cinco de Mayo Strawberry Margaritas! The perfect batched cocktail for this week 🍹🍓🍋🟩
To make:
- 2 bottles of tequila (roughly 50oz total)
- 24oz fresh lime juice
- 12oz orange liqueur @cointreau_us
- 12oz strawberry puree @real_infused_exotics
- 12oz purified water
- pinch of salt to taste
Mix well and serve ice cold!

Into a glass or julep cup:
- Mint Leaves
- ¾oz Simple Syrup
- 2oz Bourbon

Cinco de Mayo Margaritas #2: Tamarindo Margaritas! This is like taking the best Mexican candy and turning into a cocktail 🍬🍭🍹
Recipe:
1.5oz Tequila
½oz Mezcal
¾oz Tamarind Syrup
1oz Lime Juice
Splash of triple sec
Shake with ice & strain over fresh ice. Rim with Tajin + chamoy. Garnish with a lime and serve with a tamarindo candy straw!

Cinco de Mayo cocktail batch 1: Mango Margaritas 🥭🍋🟩⛲️ bonus points if it’s served in a fountain ⛲️
To make:
- 1 bottle of tequila (750ml) roughly 25oz
- 12oz fresh lime juice
- 6oz mango puree
- 6oz triple sec
- big pinch of salt
Serve over ice and make sure your glass has that Tajin rim!
