How far can family go?
In an Afro-descendant family, love and violence exist side by side. A mother feels that something isn’t right, while an older brother, who believes his younger brother is in trouble, quietly looks out for him. The story unfolds in fragments and slowly shows how violence can break a family that is just trying to get by.
