On November 15, we will be braving the snowy and icy conditions to climb Mount Snowdon to raise funds for the lovely Lilah, aged just five, whose autism means she requires lifelong care and support.
Lilah Rae’s mum, Hannah, has Stage 4 breast cancer, and her one wish is to secure support for her daughter’s future.
