🌀This month we hosted a corporate session focused on something simple, yet often forgotten during the workday — slowing down and reconnecting with the body.
▪️Through mindful movement and body-awareness exercises (essential to our Mindful Wing Chun practice), participants explored ways to release physical tension and allow the nervous system to settle. 🧘🏼
▪️Connection was also one of the focus points.
Not through discussion or typical team-building games, but through slow partner exercises, attention, and shared movement.
🌀Great reset for both mind and body!
