Colorado trip with Kylan in the books. Visited CSU and CU Boulder, shared a great steak dinner at Steakhouse 316, and hiked the Flatirons before flying home. I can’t forget to mention Sweet Cow Ice Cream at sunset! Moments like these mean everything—college isn’t far away and I’m soaking up all the time I can.
Our family said goodbye to our beloved Sheltie, Morris, after 13 wonderful years together. He passed peacefully, surrounded by love.
We’re especially proud of how brave our boys were to be with him as he crossed the rainbow bridge — a moment filled with both tears and gratitude. 🌈
Morris brought endless joy, loyalty, and warmth to our home. We’ll miss him deeply, but his spirit will always be part of our family. ❤️🐶
17 Years, Countless Battles, and Unbreakable Love
Seventeen years ago, we said “I do,” not knowing the journey life had in store for us. We’ve faced trials that tested us in every way—cancer, our son’s heart surgery, moments of doubt, and more arguments than we can count. But through it all, we’ve also had make-ups, laughter, and a love that refuses to give up.
We are proof that love isn’t about perfection—it’s about perseverance. It’s about holding on when things get tough and choosing each other over and over again. I’m grateful for every challenge we’ve faced because it’s made us stronger, and I wouldn’t want to do this life with anyone else.
