Young feminists from around the world shared powerful ongoing projects—renovating schools, safe disposal of medical waste, creating livelihoods for women, advancing food safety, and using dance for development. I was honestly amazed by their brilliance.
We screened climate documentaries, cooked French dishes, and co-designed regional climate solutions together. This is just the beginning—aiming for 2 more editions this year.
FemmeAkwaaba is open to collaborations to host these labs in different countries with NGOs, schools, and foundations. 🌍

To delegates from 17 other countries, I pitched my Film, Food & Feminism for Cultural Diplomacy (3Fs4CD) project. I loved the workshops, storytelling evenings, cultural strategy sessions and the opportunities to experience the local culture & learn about crude oil extraction
