MAKING LIMINAL IN 6 MINUTES 🌄
I started using Ableton Live 11 Suite two years ago in April 2023 to complete a Composition Assignment for Music Theory (what a class!) But luckily, I was able to find my way around the software and turn it into something that was enjoyable for me.
Initially exploring its functionalities to build Electronic Soundscapes that reflected my time spent playing Video Games and watching Totally Spies 🕵️♀️ until I realized I could blend my affinity for songwriting with my newfound interest in production! This eventually led to the more cohesive tracks that you hear today but some of these early explorations still exist on my SoundCloud ☁️
I never thought I’d call myself a Music Producer, but it has been a welcome skill during a time where expressing myself, artistically and personally, reached a new level of difficulty.

This process has been a labor of love 💙
Completing final coursework ✏️ graduating 🧑🎓 making the song itself 🎶 and still getting up and taking care of myself everyday has been such a balancing act ⚖️
But I am grateful that I remained steadfast with the help of my Mom’s kind words 💜and I cannot wait for you to join me in the space in between 🌊

I walked across the stage!! After 4 long years, I can finally say I earned my BFA in Musical Theater from Temple University 🦉
This journey has not been smooth 😅 but I am endlessly grateful for the support I had along the way and the lessons I’ve learned about myself and my craft.
Onto the next phase of life 🦋

A story like this one is important at a time where forced land removal permeates our globe. The interconnectedness of our struggles demands that we pay attention. Keep creating in ways that speak up for those who need your voice.
