If You’re On The Fence About Extensions... i’ve answered the top four questions I hear in almost every consultation. Q: How long do they last? A: Blondes: 8-12 months. Brunettes: 12-15 months. Care is everything. (Heat, washing, brushing, sleeping... it all counts.) Q: How often do I need a move-up? A: Every 6-8 weeks. We remove the wefts + beads and reinstall fresh. Bonus: You can tie your hair up -just avoid tight ponytails for the first 1-2 weeks so you don’t create extra tension on the scalp. Q: Do extensions damage your hair? A: They can -if they’re installed wrong or not cared for properly. Be picky. Avoid anyone calling themselves an ā€œextension specialistā€ after one course or with zero hairdressing experience. They’re out there. What question do you have? Comment what’s holding you back or what you want me to debunk). Style and skill takes a human form in @jakeegray and @kristianfran . Now don’t be fooled because they may seem like your typical selfish, back-stabbing slut faced ho-bags, but in reality, Their so much more than that. And no, You can’t sit with us.

8 week grow-out. No irritation. No pressure points. No signs of hair loss or alopecia. This is what happens when the foundation is done properly, Because a good install isn’t judged on the day it’s done it’s judged weeks later. What we’re looking for at this stage: – No redness or inflammation along the bead line – Even tension distribution (nothing pulling or pinching) – Natural hair moving freely around the track – No thinning or stress at the root If there’s discomfort, visible beads, or tightness early on… that’s not ā€œnormal adjustmentā€ that’s poor installation. Your scalp shouldn’t have to ā€œget used toā€ extensions. When bead placement, spacing, and tension are correct, the hair grows out clean, comfortable, and undetectable. This is the standard. Not the exception. Longevity doesn’t come from the hair you buy. It comes from how it’s installed. #hairextensionsperth #hairextensionspecialists #wholesalehair #perthsbesthair #perthextensionsalon

FK THE FAUX OUT. Sold out. A room full of hairdressers wanting to learn, grow, ask questions, level up and bring proper hairdressing back into the spotlight. Yesterday honestly felt bigger than just a blowdry class. It felt like a reminder of what this industry can be when people put ego aside and genuinely share knowledge. Watching everyone take notes, ask questions, laugh, connect and be fully invested in the details was such a heartwarming moment for both of us. Especially seeing Mackenzie step into her first education class and absolutely own it. So proud is an understatement. We covered everything. Sectioning. Tension. Direction. Roller work. Dry off stages. Longevity. Product choice. Brush choice. How to create movement, polish, bounce and hold without shortcuts. No gatekeeping. No fluff. Just real education. The overwhelming support genuinely meant everything to us. Thank you to every single person who backed us, bought a ticket, shared the class or sat in that room with us yesterday. I think the industry’s been craving this. And honestly? We’re only just getting started BIG THANKS TO @attache_line @salonsnackco @thehairfirm @mollyvie.official @ape.thelabel @the.freelancespace #perthsbesthairdressers #perthextensionsalons #blowout #blowoutstyles #blowouts

Last week I completed my certification in SKALP360. I walked in expecting to learn a new method. I walked out reminded why hair is so much more than just hair. Working with women experiencing alopecia and hair disorders opened my eyes to how deeply connected hair can be to identity, confidence, femininity, and comfort within yourself. Hearing their stories genuinely pulled at my heart strings. What makes these systems so incredible is how personalised they are. Every detail can be customised, Colour, Colour placement, Density, Length, Size, even the material of the system itself allowing us to create something that feels truly theirs. Not a one-size-fits-all solution. A restoration of self. As hairdressers, we often see the external transformation, But this reminded me that sometimes the most important changes happen internally. I feel really grateful to continue growing in ways that allow me to make a deeper difference in the lives of the women who trust me. #perthsbesthairdressers #hairloss #hairthinning #hairlosssolutions #hairlossspecialist

The best 2 days with @jakeegray šŸ˜‚ I don’t think I’ve ever laughed this much while training someone… honestly, it was non stop from start to finish šŸ«¶šŸ¼ I always show the professional side of what we do (and don’t worry… that’s coming šŸ‘€), but this is the reality too. Because training isn’t just about learning a method… it’s about feeling comfortable, supported, and actually enjoying the process. We got the work done… but these are the moments that make it memorable. Safe to say this one was chaos in the best way šŸ˜‚ #theskalp360method #hairlosssolutions #hairlosseducation

Most people never see this part… but they feel it. Stitching too tight? Tension, discomfort, breakage. Too loose? Movement, slipping, instability. Uneven? Bulk, flipping, poor grow-out. This is why technique matters. Because you can’t hide a bad foundation, you just live with it. #perthsbesthairdressers #perthextensionsalons #weftextensions #perthweftsalon #hairextensions
