Really good work today Fellas.
We have a lot of respect for competition and the athletes who train hard and train focused toward that singular goal.
Today @logo.liftz and @liamdavis315 made a huge splash at the @npcwyoming Peak Physique and Deadlift competition hosted by @rachelpeakphysique and her amazing partners.
These young men performed with a sharp focused and admirable sportsmanship, and both of them hit all time PRs while Logan had the biggest lift of the entire event.
Great job guys. Keep competing with good attitudes and integrity and you will get a lot of respect from your peers.
My favorite part of the whole thing is when we get here and look around and say "we made it"
All the hard work is done. All the endless cardio, low carb days, and a brain thats running on fumes is now only a story of the past 4 months.
Now the performance begins and the stress drifts away.
And no matter what the outcome is, we made insane progress, and in some cases reached new heights we didnt know was possible.
So I might be reaching but its a pretty safe assumption to say YOU ALREADY WON
