Yesterday I was watching the creators of @gfxwrld@fuller.moe and @theonlydboy talk about how to REALLY make vintage designs look authentic. Watching the video inspired me to make this concept for @therollingstones using limited color, a white under base to replicate mis aligned silkscreens, plastisol cracking to emulate hundreds of washes and natural ink wear, and fonts that were ACTUALLY used in this era. It is so important to study real vintage and care about the history to make a solid design. I always strive to my vintage style designs appear as if they were taken out of your grandpas closet or hanging on a rack at a vintage market. For authentic feeling vintage designs, hit me up.
