Protein PACKED bagel 💪
What you need:
1 bagel
1/2 serving PB
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 serving Pb fit
1 serving frozen blueberries
1/2 serving honey
1.) cut your bagel in half and place to the side
2.) melt frozen blueberries to get the runny juices and add Pb, protein powder and Pb fit and mix
3.) place on bagel and let it sit overnight to thicken, take out the fridge microwave and enjoy!

If you run a lot, you know how easy it is to fall into the same loops—same streets, same traffic lights, same crowded sidewalks.
There’s something efficient about city running, but it can also start to feel repetitive and mentally draining over time. That’s why getting outside the city, even just once in a while, can be such a powerful reset.
I was in NY upstate for work all week. I was able to run on bike trails the entire time and see deer each and every day. Just what I needed!
