I have been working a little while on this generative projection, with tomorrow’s @pearlescence__ event theme as my inspo.
It’s been very cathartic and fun to make as I tinkered here and there over the past couple of months, playing with elements and parameters in new ways. I have set many oscillating frequencies so the work will continually evolve in its format as you watch. 👀
The @pearlescence__ exhibition will be held TOMORROW at @echoandbounce_ and there will be fundraising opportunities for humanitarian aid.

Was working on something that looked very much not like this, but arrived here anyway and I really like it. This reminds me of sand and water being mixed together in shallow water... with maybe a bit of glowing phytoplankton hehe

I saw something similar to this recently (I can’t remember what artist!!) and I wanted to try and emulate it. The hand x-axis data is triggering midi notes in Ableton whilst simultaneously offsetting the geometry. I want to make more things like this! 🤩
