if you do what we do in this business from the heart, for the music , for the love of the artists. if you do it long enough you will be blessed to get to work with one of those ones. The privilege to have a front row seat to the mind of Isaia as he crafts his musical genius, sewing his songs together like a true artisan. Watching him bring his sonic and visual vision to the world is the reason why music will never die, not any genre but especially R&B, the blueprint for it all. When we started November Yellow 3 years ago, one of the first singles we ever put out was from the Amours. We started the company for artists just like them. At a time when labels were saying that R&B (specially black female R&b) was too expensive and took too long to break. We rolled up our sleeves and got to work and while we still have a ways to go, I am proud of how far we have come. As the girls prepare to drop there second project born solely from there vision , DC’s finest; the chocolate city sisters (yes actual sisters) who will sing anybody down on sight are here to represent for all the girls!

A good friend said to me today, consumerism is dead. The days of excess luxury are aren’t what they used to be. The brand has to matter on a human level. You have to care about the story not the product. Anyone can make the same product, your story is the only unique offering.
