Jade has been self-publishing mini comics for a few years, often about food, drugs or body horror. This includes the Tina & Britney series about the downtrodden and bratty (respectively) teenage mermaid sisters. She started a comics/writing zine called Weird Canteen, about the strange side of food, with profits going to charity. Issue themes so far have included digestion and eggs.
