A big Happy New Year from our RKCo fam to all of you!
Reflecting on this past year, we both can’t believe we were able to make our dream of starting a business together into reality. There’s been ups and downs and big learning curves, but we’ve done it…together. And hopefully we will be able to keep growing this little hat business into something bigger. We appreciate all the love and support we have received from our family, friends and small business supporters!
So here’s to not only our first year of Rare Kids Company, but to all of you for decking your kids out in our gear! It truly warms our hearts when we see kids wearing them ❤️

Had an amazing patio dinner @annabelleskitchen.dt ! Loved the transformation of the Blink space! My favs (all of which I forgot to take pics of 🤦🏼♀️): arancini with an amazing sweet pea sauce, fried zucchini blossoms and a fab summer ravioli! Thanks @leslieechino ! So excited to have @annabelles.kitchen a lil closer to home now! #yycnow
Today I had to post the following message on our social media pages. It was a tough day with tough decisions. And this was a hard one especially as times like this always make me want to pull family and friends close. Something covid-19 is making difficult to do! .
As a business owner, my first instinct is always to protect and support our staff! While we made these decisions today to ultimately help protect their/your health, it felt pretty awful!

To all our amazing staff, we look forward to putting the covid-19 days behind us (hopefully sooner than later) and can't wait to see your faces back in this building! ❤️ Jacq

We have made the difficult decision to temporarily close Brasserie Kensington and Winebar Kensington. This was a tough decision to make, but one that we felt was necessary to do our part in protecting the health and safety of our staff, guests and community! .
We are hopeful that the measures being taken right now will mean that we are able to reopen in the near future - and continue doing what we love to do! We look forward to feeding you again soon!

Grab the napkins! This was messy goodness in the best way! Checked out @lilempireburger last night! Delicious!! Instead of the cheeseburger which @chefcamd had (add 🥓 ofcourse) Opted for the lil empire 🍔 with a side of lil cheese sauce for dipping / smothering my burger in! Fries were wicked good too! 👏 all so tasty with an @annexales golden ale! #yycburgers
